Lavender Place
Sometime mid week, its has been a usual day for me, till I reached this beautiful place call "Lavender Place." The day took a U-turn and it since became a wonderful day for me :) This has been a place for people of all nationality to assemble together to get official documents for staying in the country. The surrounding of this place is beautifully surrounded by this flower: Lavender. That's why this place is called the "Lavender Place". Actually, we often visit this place, but had never find it beautiful except for one time when 'Senses' visited with me & we bumped into a "Papaya" & that was some 1-2 years back when they are still having the SARS thingy :)
After I'm done with my errands with my 'City' buddy, we took the escalator down from 2nd to the 1st storey. This usual boring escalator turn out to be a beautiful and enjoyable trip that day. That 20 seconds escalator trip seems like a 20 minutes. We witnessed the infamous "well" which is as deep as the well you can find at the legendary Diary Farm Road. We seldom had the opportunity to chance upon such beautiful & yet deep "well" in our lifetime.
My God! She flick her beautiful long hair as she was going up the escalator. That moment captured the attention & lust of all "bees" surrounding her. As she flicking, she accidently / intentionally dropped her hair pin, she bent down and picked it up. This is moment not to be missed! We witnessed the beautiful "well" gracefully "smiling" at us. Our imagination starts to run wild! We were even discussing about throwing a $1 dollar coin into the "well", and all you can hear is just, the "ing ing ing" sound as the coin is falling into the "well". But this "well" is so deep till you can't even hear the coin touches the ground.
Seconds later, we parted different ways with our beautiful "well". This moment seems ended just in a second! How we wished it can last longer! We then hopped onto our Toyota Sports Rally driven by our F1 driver and proceed to have our lunch.
We then reached a place where we ever had lunch here once. I been in this little dot on the map for the past 26 years. I never realised that there are really so many different road names which I never heard b4, even thou I have been on the road for the past 8 years!
I actually feel that I had made a new discovery! There is this little stretch of road namely, "Townhend Road". In fact, the minced meat noodles that we ate that hot afternoon, it's just at the junction of Townhend Road & Syed Alwi Road. In fact, during my biking days, I often been to the famous "Ah Boy" shop at Kelantan Lane which is just 2 streets away, but I just never realised there is this "Townhend Road".
Shortly, after lunch, all were feeling tired and shiak. Therefore we proceed back to our office to wrap up our work for the day.
